Bannister House, Mucking Hall Road

Here is a series of articles about Bannister House, Mucking Hall Road, which dates back to the 15th Century. This cottage has many stories to tell over the years, not least that is was used as a base for smuggling with a series of tunnels running from the house to the River Roach.
