Mr and Mrs Cobb & their children Ethel, Eric, Edwin, Thomas, Ian, and John lived at Dam Farm, Little Wakering from 1945 to 1955, when Mr Cobb was herdsman for Mr Bentall.
In 1955 they moved to Felixstowe in Suffolk.
The Dam Farm Little Wakering
The house fronted Little Wakering Road on the corner of Kimberley Road.
It was farmed by Mr Holmstead and then by Mr Bentall.
It was lived in by the Thorpe family in the early 1940’s, the Cobb family from 1945 to 1955 and then the Pepper family.
It was demolished in about 1967 and the Evergreens Flats were erected in about 1968
